It's hard to have a bad day when Charlie's around! We've never met such a joyful dog! He loves toys, car rides, tacos, people, other dogs, sunny days, comfy couches, elevator rides, puppacinos, licking your face, watching Star Trek reruns, going for runs, chasing balls, chasing sticks, chasing frisbees, wrestling...   You get the idea. If you like it, chances are that Charlie will too!

He's a big and affectionate boy who needs an active home who's willing to continue helping him become the best dog he can be. If you want a running buddy or a hiking companion, he'll keep you company for every step of the way.  Fear not: he's content hanging out at home while you're at work!

He loves other dogs... but he may overwhelm very small or timid dogs with his active play. Cats are okay as long as introductions are done slowly and carefully. While he likes everyone he meets, his energy and enthusiasm might be too much for small children.

Prior to adoption, all dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.
