Victor is a playful, loving cat whose main concern is finding a lap to hang out on.  He loves to snuggle, and when he's not hanging out on a lap he's willing to play with a toy or simply snooze in the sun.  He gets along great with other cats, and is a joy to be with.

Prior to adoption, all cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, and microchipped.
