Adorable little Leila is a sweetheart.  She's a homebody that is happy just hanging out with her human and dog companions. Leila loves to sleep on her foster mom's lap or against her neck on the back of the couch and, when she's feeling extra sweet, she gives kisses. 

Outside, she loves to find sticks to play fetch with, loves her dog toys and also her foster brother George.  

Leila is a cautious girl who will need to earn your trust and she's definitely most comfortable around women. She needs a knowledgeable and experienced dog owner willing to patiently help her adapt to new environments and people, and provide ongoing training.  Leila would prefer a companion that is home most of the time, and a calm, predictable living environment.

Prior to adoption, all dogs/puppies are spayed/neutered, tested for heart worm, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.
