Ivory is an affectionate and energetic, 12 lb. maltese mix.  She is 1.5 years young. Her human became ill and, as a result, she is looking for a new furever home after she is spayed and deemed ready for adoption. 

She is playful (fetch, anyone?), loving (licks, anyone?), house-trained (phew!), good with men, knows a few basic commands, accepts being clothed and groomed, and crate trained (bonus!). She is looking for a home that will work with her on her initial excitement level with people and with activity near the front door. 

Ivory is an active dog and will need several walks a day to get her energy out. 

Although Ivory has a lot of amazing qualities, it is recommended that she attends a beginning training class with her new family to form a strong bond and build on the basics together. Being that she is treat motivated, this will be positive and enriching for her and her humans.

Prior to adoption, all dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.
