Meet Peony. This sweet border terrier mix can be shy at first, but with time, she will warm up to you! While not talkative by nature, she will bark initially at strangers. At home, she is both house-trained and crate trained (great for new pet owners!). Peony LOVES going for walks and will happily tag along for a quick lap around the block or short hikes!

 

After the day is done, Peony’s absolute favorite thing is to receive belly rubs and snuggling! She will always try to get belly rubs or climb into your lap when given the opportunity.

While Peony isn't aggressive towards other animals, we think she'd be happiest as an only pet. She wants all of the belly rubs to herself!
 

Prior to adoption, all dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.
