Checkers is a sweet gentle puppy who by all accounts has a tail that is far longer than it should be! His long tail is always wagging, as life is very exciting for this little one. Checkers is estimated to be 5 months old and spends his days playing with toys, following his foster canine siblings around and staying close to his humans.

Checkers is very close to being housetrained, uses puppy pads, and enjoys the simple things in life :)

He is fostered with 2 small dogs and 2 cats. The cats are giving him a thumbs up as he is very respectful and has a quiet nature about him.

Prior to adoption, all dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.
